Janek Named President of Federal Signal Security Group (3/4/10)
Federal Signal appointed David Janek president of its safety and security systems group. Janek will be responsible for the broad range of law enforcement, communications, safety and security products manufactured and sold worldwide.
Janek will report to William H. Osborne, president and CEO of Federal Signal. He joined Federal Signal in 2002 as vice president of finance for the group. In 2008, he became vice president and corporate controller for the company.
Chad Pisha, who serves as assistant controller, will serve as the interim corporate controller, and William Barker, chief financial officer (CFO), will serve as chief accounting officer.
