Federal Signal Completes Sirit Buy (3/5/10)
Federal Signal completed its acquisition of Sirit. Company officials said Federal Signal is well positioned to offer comprehensive intelligent transportation systems (ITS) solutions.
On Feb. 24, Federal Signal increased its purchase offer for the second time for the radio frequency identification (RFID) developer for a total equity value of about CDN$73 million (US$70 million).
